Requirements for lubricating oil into the turbocharger
1 D level or above;
After less than 20 mu of the full flow oil filter.
2 the following conditions are required to advance the lubrication turbocharger:
Down time is too long;
After the replacement of the lubricating oil or maintenance (including the release of lubricating oil)
3 engine in 3 to 4 seconds after the start, the turbocharger inlet will be required to display the oil pressure 69kpa
4 engine load operation, the turbocharger inlet lubrication pressure at the maximum torque conditions and the speed of the above should be in the 196-392kpa (2.11-4kgf/cm2) range, low idle speed should not be less than 69kpa (0.7kgf/cm2).
5 lubricating oil inlet temperature should be below 100 degrees Celsius, the maximum should not exceed 120.
6 do not use liquid form the sealing strip and sealing gasket, also can not use sealant.
Other requirements:
1 to avoid the engine for a long time low idle speed (the longest should not be more than 20 minutes).
2 prohibited the use of operating methods of accelerating and flameout - neutral glide.
3 before the engine oil pressure is established, the engine must be kept in idle state (3 ~ 5 minutes).
4 before the engine is stopped, the temperature and speed of the engine must be gradually reduced from the maximum (3 to 5 minutes).
